Setting the Groundwork
Our priorities are to meet your Search Committee, learn about your facility, and gather information about the role. Through relationship-building and discussion about your must-haves, the Fresh Golf team begins its work in finding a list of qualified candidates to fill your team.

Step Two
Promotion
Our team takes what we learned from the Search Committee to develop everything from the job posting and video to the dedicated webpage. From there, it's time to get the word out. Fresh Golf subscriber email lists, social media channels, and even coordinating third-party options, our team also has a reach and network across Canada.


Step Three
Committee Review
Using our customized Fresh Golf Candidate Scorecard, our team reviews each application and meets with the qualified candidates to discuss their skillsets and the role. Once complete, the candidate list is shared with the Search Committee to shortlist the candidates for the interview phases.
Candidate Interviews
Step Four
Together, our teams will review the Candidate Scorecards and interview questions developed by Fresh Golf. Throughout the interviews, we will be there to make introductions, provide questions and assist the Search Committee every step of the way.


Step Five
Final Steps
We assist your committee in the final steps of the process. We assist with negotiation, reference checks and work with you going forward to make sure the transition is smooth for all parties.
