The Facility & Comox Valley

An 871-acre residential golf community in the heart of the Comox Valley in Courtenay, Vancouver Island BC, Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community embodies a lifestyle of friends, family, and year-round outdoor enjoyment. A championship 18-hole golf course is the centerpiece of Crown Isle, offering year-round golf for enthusiasts at all levels of play.

Designed by Graham Cooke & Associates and opened in 1992, the award-winning Platinum rated golf course is superbly manicured and maintained. Playable for golfers at all levels, the course is designed in a resort style with a dynamic set of tees to meet the needs of any guest or member. With 13 lakes, views of the Beaufort Mountain range & Comox glacier, and verdant fairways, this Par 72, 18-hole course offers a superb driving range with chipping & putting greens, and practice bunkers. Aside from the 18-hole golf course, it also has an 18-hole par 3 facility on site.

CI has hosted the PGA Tour of Canada final Q School event on a number of occasions.  With 90 rooms of accommodation (and more in the planning phase), numerous F&B options, full-sized practice facility, proximity to outdoors activities like fishing and skiing - the property has endless possibilities to continue to grow its reputation of being a year-round world-class resort.
