I really appreciated receiving an idea of what the questions would focus on in advance. While often many questions are fairly predictable, I felt this allowed for a few questions that were a bit off the beaten path to be asked and more room for creativity to be shown was provided. It also allowed for more of an opportunity to draw from past experiences you often don’t think of in the moment.
